Swallow uses AI to read wine lists from photos and suggest wines based on your preferences. Recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions, not expert advice.
Swallow is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own consumption decisions. Swallow does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.
Photos you take and notes you write remain yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you create within the app. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
We aim to keep Swallow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Swallow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with wine recommendations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Swallow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
